Opening night takes place at the DGA Theater in Midtown.
Join us for the Opening Night Celebration of the second annual Climate Film Festival, kicking things off with the 25th anniversary new 4K remaster of the iconic film, Erin Brockovich.
Directed by Steven Soderbergh and written by Susannah Grant, the film is a dramatization of the true story of Erin Brockovich, portrayed by Julia Roberts, who initiated a legal case against the Pacific Gas and Electric Company over its culpability for the Hinkley groundwater contamination incident.
Conversation with Erin Brockovich Producer Michael Shamberg and CFF filmmaker Alina Simone, moderated by Guardian journalist Dharna Noor.
